A delicious spirit to lift your spirit

Ditchling Gin is a premium beautifully smooth and crisp London dry style gin which uses quality UK sourced grain together with a unique array of locally foraged botanicals and the pure spring water of Sussex! The Gin is so fresh and well-balanced: coriander, juniper, orange, lemon, bitter almond and cassia bark botanicals combine for a rich taste and a subtle sweet orange citrus finish! It certainly gives a sense of purity and quality, from the first incredible sip onwards! I just love the innovative label on the bottle too which is very elegant and stylish! I tasted a little sip neat first and it is incredibly delicious on its own! The recommended serve is:- 50ml @ditchlinggin 100ml FT Mediterranean Tonic Lots of ice Fresh sliced orange ? It was absolutely fabulous and certainly a very moreish Gin! ?? At ABV 40% and a 70cl bottle priced around £37 it really is a must have Gin! This really is a Spirit to lift the spirit! ??

A masterfully blended spirit

Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin is an extremely alluring gin with a complex taste, created with some of the world’s rarest citrus. Bright and zesty top notes from Buddha’s Hand are expertly balanced with subtly sweet and enticingly rich notes from Natsu Dai Dai and Hirado Buntan for depth of flavour and a taste experience like no other. Make no mistake this is not a ‘flavoured gin’. This is a masterfully blended spirit that results in a beautifully aromatic gin with a unique taste. This Gin is made in SURREY and Created in the beautiful, picturesque Surrey Hills in an area of outstanding natural beauty. TASTING NOTES:- Effervescent lemon sherbet & bittersweet orange balance out, swiftly followed by piney juniper & peppery spice, with touches of woody citrus in tow. PERFECT SERVE Serve chilled with a generous handful of ice, top with A premium Indian tonic water & garnish with a slice of Grapefruit. Or Try some fresh Orange slices for a divine Gin with no artificial flavours, this is an exceptionally high-quality gin, made with entirely natural, unprocessed ingredients. 43% vol and priced around £38 for a 70 cl bottle this Gin really is a beautiful aromatic Gin and if you have an eye for a beautiful bottle Silent Pool Rare Citrus is perfect and will make a fabulous addition to your Gin Cabinet.

Romantic Rhamanta!
View All

5.0.0

I Absolutely adore this delicious Glam bottle of Rhamanta Gin from The Gower Gin Company who are based in South Wales and along with Rhamanta Gin also have such an incredibly tasty range of Gins to offer. The bottle itself is extremely sturdy and the red, white and gold label really is easy on the eye and most intriguing. This Gin is so incredible in taste, a classic juniper forward London dry Gin which is made with juniper, rose and pomegranate botanicals. Which is at its best served chilled in a Copa gin glass, neat or with your favourite Tonic Water or lemonade, if you like your Gin a little sweeter. Rhamanta gin delivers a delicate floral nose, fruity after note and a hint of aromatic spice on the finish. I did a little bit of research into this Gin and found out that not only is 'rhamanta' the old Welsh custom of divining who will be your partner for life, the Welsh term also hints at an instruction, 'be romantic.’ How fabulously romantic is that? This gin certainly delivers a message of romance and love and will always be an extremely popular Gin choice in your Gin Cabinet. At 43% ABV and priced around £38 for a 70cl bottle this gin will certainly bring out your inner romance and introduce you to a fantastic serve.

Timeless Liverpool Rose Petal

5.0.0

Liverpool Rose Petal is one of many fine Gins that are proudly distilled in Liverpool in the North West region of England. Liverpool Rose Petal Gin is 100% organic and is created using a secret blend of botanicals. Combining the timeless decadence of rose petals to create a wonderful Gin full of flavour and full of romance, with a tenderly fragrant nose and delicate brush of the palate awaiting every suitor. .Liverpool Rose Petal gives a distinct aromatic perfumed floral rose aroma and a pine juniper backbone that provides balance, The Citrus notes here certainly complement the floral notes well but not overpoweringly so. Sweet liquorice complements the aromatic rose with hints of spicy warming cassia. For a simple Serve; Add 50ml of chilled Liverpool Rose Petal Gin to a balloon glass (branded glasses are available to match this gorgeous bottle) fill with lots of cubed ice and top with 100ml premium tonic water then stir well and garnish with 3 squashed blueberries (which turns the colour pink) and add 2 frozen raspberries. You will not be disappointed a truly delicious serve that will leave you wanting more. * 43% ABV; 70cl * priced around £29 for a 70cl bottle

The Spirit of North Wales!

Bitter Sweet Symphony! What a glorious way to describe this enchanting bottle of Orange Marmalade Welsh Gin which is distilled in the Welsh village of Abergwyngregyn which is home to their distillery, and which sits at the foot of the famous Aber Falls waterfall which attracts over 50,000 visitors a year! This picturesque spot is easily accessible, just off the A55 and a stone’s throw from the coast a beautiful part of Wales indeed. ****** The use of citrus flavours in this gin work just perfectly with the piney juniper providing the perfect combination to create a perfect Gin and Tonic. ******* A refined balance of sweet and bitter orange flavours and the pine flavour of juniper. A citrus hit with warming aftertaste, guaranteed to tickle your taste buds! ****** This Gin remarkably uses Welsh water filtered through the rock of the Snowdonia mountains and I find works amazingly well in a Gin Fizz. For the perfect Gin Fizz:- 50ml Aber Falls Orange Marmalade Gin (chilled) 75ml Prosecco (chilled) 50ml Soda water. Garnish with long orange zest and pour into a long stemmed glass filled with cubed ice. Build the ingredients into the glass, stir well and serve with a long straw. An incredible tasting Gin Fizz Also this Gin perfectly combines with tonic, or is a wonderful addition to any gin-based cocktail. It really is a must try Gin and with an ABV of 41.3% and priced around £23 for a 70cl bottle you can’t go wrong with this Gin.

The Demeter Edition – Spirit of the Night

I have always loved the beautiful coastal town of Whitby ever since visiting as a young girl. The history of the place however is deliciously dark, as it is on a little outpost on the Yorkshire Coast where, Count Dracula first set foot in England or so the story goes. So you can imagine my delight having the opportunity to taste my first Whitby Gin. The excitement alone just from holding this enchanting looking bottle with its defining purple label and swirls climbing up the neck of the bottle reflecting the waves in the sea and ammonite shaped bottom which represents the fossils on the Whitby coastline. Whitby Demeter Edition is distilled in Whitby UK exclusively for Craft Gin Club it has an ABV of 42% and is rich, heady and juniper forward, with a slight bite. Fragrant on the nose, led by heather tip, rose hip and elderflower. On the palate, sweet notes of plum and vanilla are followed by a kick of pepper dulse, with its powerful, coastal flavours that fade into a pleasantly spiced gin. Botanicals including juniper of course, plum, heather tip, pepper dulse, coriander, Angelica root, liquorice root, cassia Bark, orris root, lemon, orange, rose hip, hibiscus, cardamom, elderflower, pink pepper and vanilla. An absolutely delightful Gin and perfect served chilled with a floral aromatic tonic, such as, Merchant’s Heart Aromatic Tonic Water, lots of ice and garnished with oranges and black peppercorns. Priced at around £36 for a 70cl bottle this Gin really is a must try delicious Gin.

Bison Grass Gin

5.0.0

Superb tasting Bison Grass Gin from Three Wrens Gin Distillery, based in the beautiful Cheshire Country side is incredibly the first gin ever to be flavoured with sweet grass 'Hierochloe Odorata' (a type of Bison Grass to you and me) which is actually grown at the Three Wrens Gin Distillery in Cheshire, England. Where you can always find Head Distiller Nick hard at work producing some of the finest Gins around. The Gin is produced with 13 different botanicals, before being further infused with bison grass. The Three Wrens Distillery likes to source its botanicals locally, and all the bison grass used to infuse this gin is grown at the distillery. So, that’s pretty local don’t you think? The liquid itself comes packaged in the most elegant looking bottle. I just love it. On my first tasting of this superb Gin I had a little taste nest and the Gin is bursting with notes of lime, fresh hay, lemongrass and juniper and is an absolute pleasure to the taste buds. For a really sensational Serve and to create a wonderfully Flash tasting Gin Fizz try the following:- 60ml Bison Grass Gin 75ml Fizz (I used champagne) 15ml lime juice 50ml Sicilian lemonade Dash of cranberry juice Passion fruit/ Lime Garnish Or This Gin is absolutely delicious served chilled in a Copa Gin Glass just add lots of ice, 50ml Bison Grass Gin, 150 Elderflower tonic (l used Fevertree Tonic Water) slice of fresh apple. With an ABV of 41.5% and priced at around £37 for a 70cl bottle this is most certainly a must try Gin and will most definitely have a place in my Gin Cabinet!

Citrus in a Bottle is the only way to describe this Orange & Lime Leaf Gin from Masons of Yorkshire. The unmistakable orange citrus flavours are complemented by exotic kaffir lime leaf to create a gloriously refreshing gin in a glass. . TASTING NOTES of Juniper, orange & kaffir lime leaf are perfectly balanced for a punchy and fragrant gin with a long, dry finish. . Masons was built by real people with a real passion for making great gin. They have raised the bar and lead the way in premium gins. . . Masons carefully select the very best botanicals for the very best flavour profiles for their gins and the Gin is always distilled for flavour and nothing else. . That’s why Masons of Yorkshire gins have been internationally recognised for quality and expertise. . In the past year alone, they have won Gold in the World Gin Awards 2020, the highly coveted Gold Outstanding at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2019, and Gold Outstanding at the San Francisco Spirit Awards 2019. This really is a Gin to be reckoned with . For a perfect serve with an incredible taste fill a Copa Gin Glass with lots and lots of ice ADD 50ml of chilled Yorkshire ORANGE & LIME LEAF Gin 150ml of premium Tonic Water and garnish with Lime Zest. . Priced at around £30 for a 70cl bottle and ABV of 42% there really are no gimmicks here just real exceptional quality Gin that will leave you wanting a second glass.

A Dreamy Pink Gin

Dreaming of a Friday filled with Pink Gin anyone? . . Definitely one of my all time favourite pink Gins! it’s not often I buy a second bottle of a Pink Gin but this Gin is just so so good with a capital G! . . Marie Jeanne Pink Gin is a Pink Gin that is hand crafted and distilled in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The Gin is sweet but also has a dry taste and it marries perfectly with the history of the Estate with a beautiful burst of gorgeous, fruity, fresh red berries. . . The Botanicals include the following: Juniper, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Coriander, Liquorice, Cassia Bark, Pink Peppercorns, Hibiscus Flower, Lime Peel, Raspberries, Strawberries, Cranberries. . . This gin is inspired by Marie Jeanne Rapigeon of Versailles, who took charge of the Estate and transformed it for the better. . . Bringing Parisian elegance to South Ormsby Estate, Marie Jeanne was as sophisticated as she was glamorous. Daughter of a French Captain, the young second wife of the squire, Charles Burrell, Marie Jeanne was a bold woman who defied expectations. . . This Gin presents itself in a beautiful, incredibly colourful 70cl Bottle and with a 43% ABV and priced at around £39 it certainly is a welcome addition to the Gin.Galore Collection and a Gin any Gin Lover would be proud to own.

Superior and Authentic Gins

I am absolutely delighted to have the fabulous Murphy’s Gin Distillery on my doorstep. I had heard so much positive feedback about these incredible Gins so I decided to investigate further and try for myself so I purchased a beautiful Murphy’s Gin gift set comprising of three 5cl flavours in the range which are priced at £12.99 for the set and lucky for me free local delivery was included. . . . . All three gins are featured here shown in my photograph. Murphy’s original is a Classic London dry Gin (42% Abv) which is absolutely delicious and bursting with citrus flavour and has peppery notes in it too. This gin is amazing and works wonderfully well in cocktails too as it is such a smooth and versatile Gin. . . . Next up in the pack is the gorgeous Orange and Passionfruit Gin (42% Abv) a favourite of mine, so refreshing and light and a Gin that I really did not want to end. . . . Last and certainly by no means least is the gorgeous Pomegranate & Kaffir Lime (42% Abv) oh boy this Gin packs some punch but is equally refreshing and delicious. I Highly recommend trying these Gins with Natural or Mediterranean Tonic. All three are beautiful and flavoursome Gins. . . . A 70cl bottle of each flavour is priced around £29.99 and Murphy’s also have reasonably priced branded glassware (£5) I do love a branded glass. I will definitely be investing in more Murphy’s Gin it is sensational.

Thunder only happens when it’s raining!

Thunder only happens when it’s raining! Now of course this is very true but when it comes to Thunderflower small batch Gin you won’t even notice the storm outside because this exquisite award winning bottle of Gin is so smooth and so deliciously tasty you will not even notice the storm and instead you will be sipping and indeed dreaming of drinking this beautiful floral Gin serve in the summer sunshine. I do love the colour purple so I Initially loved the beautiful purple colour and detail on the bottle which caught my eye when I saw the Gin listed on the Sip and Share Website, of which I am a member, however after tasting this Gin paired with a premium tonic water, lots of ice and a lime citrus garnish I was blown away by the incredible tasting Gin. This Gin is priced at around £38.00 for a 70cl bottle (42% Abv) so the gin is in the upper price range but I have to say this really is a quality Gin and the price is absolutely justified here.

So without hesitation I got my glam glass out and began to prepare my serve. 50ml of gorgeous Anfield Strawberry Blush, I tasted the gin neat first of all and it was delicious, not to overpowering just gorgeous strawberry bold flavours. I paired the Gin with a premium tonic and garnished with raspberries although the recommended serve is to garnish Strawberries. It was beautiful so smooth and very easy to drink. Priced at around £35 for a 70cl bottle with a 40% ABV I highly recommend this gin. It would be fabulous in the garden on a summers Day and makes a fabulous base for cocktails too. 🍹

So here I have a little taste of wildness in the spirit known as Poetic License Northern Dry Gin. A gin that presents itself in the most wonderful looking tasteful designed bottle that feels incredibly sturdy in the hand and will draw you in to love it from the very first sip. I was incredibly lucky to be kindly gifted a 70cl bottle of this Gin and a gorgeous branded glass to match. I had heard so much about Poetic License Gins so I was delighted when the beautiful packaged Gin arrived and I could not wait to give it a try. The Gin itself is crafted on the Tyne and Wear Coastline in the Uk and it is a very tasty Gin indeed that really surprised me with its punchy green cardamom flavour but yet still you get the lemon and Lime citrus flavours coming through too. I really enjoy a citrus Gin and this is a really enjoyable Gin. I tasted the Gin neat at first which was really pleasant over ice. This Gin works really well with a number of tonics and a grapefruit garnish and I can’t wait to explore more combinations and other Gins in the range, I already have my eye on the Old Tom Gin. Priced at around £22 for a 70cl bottle with a 43.2 Abv this Gin really is a must have Gin with a great taste that will look amazing on your Gin shelf. 🍹

Ah! The luck of the Irish! ☘️ A smooth Irish Gin presented in a gorgeous sleek black bottle with such a bold character that is very drinkable indeed! Yes I know, the name is a little strange, But there is a story Ginners! It is a nod to the act of bleeding the monkey, when 17th Century sailors drilled into the officers’ barrel to steal the liquor inside! So there we have it bloodmonkeygin liked their spirit and so adopted the name for themselves! bloodmonkeygin is also one of only a few gins in the world smooth enough to be sipped neat or drunk straight and believe me it tastes spot on! 🍹 I tried the Gin neat over ice, you can really taste the Lime leaf, Szechuan pepper and rosemary, such a smooth tasting Gin and as you swallow you can really taste the warmth - a spiky citrus bite with white pepper to balance the gin’s maltiness in a I can’t wait to try this Bloodmonkey Gin with some warm dry cider, wedges of apple and orange, cloves and cinnamon! Autumn is going to taste great! 🍁 ABV 40% priced around £37 for a 70cl bottle check out @bloodmonkeygin for more details

Abv 40% For a delicious serve add 50ml @theonlywayisgin 150ml premium tonic water Lots and lots of ice Dehydrated lime\grapefruit wheels to garnish. You will love this Gin.
