Their goal is very simple: To make great tasting spirits of exceptional quality.
They have worked in the drinks industry for a combined 15 years in a corporate function. In this time they have worked closely with global brands and visited countless distilleries which is when they fell in love with the art of distilling. So in January 2020 they decided to go for it and do what they love.
They don’t come into this saturated industry with a large working capital – instead they are two guys with a still who are trying to push the boundaries of what a great spirit is and only when they achieve this on a particular expression will they offer it for sale. Their drinks are made in extremely small batches (Approximately 35 bottles per run) so the attention to detail is extremely high as is the concentration of ingredients.
