Cygnet Gin doesn’t try to be something that it’s not, but what it is, without trying, is wonderful. Their master distiller has expertly blended herbs and spices individually selected and flown in from the farthest reaches of the Earth, in the same spirit that his forebears did before him.

The Cygnet Pinc is handcrafted and distilled in their 300 litre distillery in Swansea, South Wales. Cygnet pinc is infused with fresh strawberries and raspberries, which are macerated in the gin for four days. It’s then infused with cygnets flagship gin to create this wonderfully smooth gin which is packed with flavour. Each bottle is then hand signed, dated and batch numbered ensuring that the cygnet ethos is never comprised. Pinc gin is slightly floral on the nose with a burst of berries on the palate, Finished with a hint of warmth and a lingering hint of raspberry.
I served my Pinc with a premium Indian tonic and a grapefruit wheel. If you are wondering about the spelling of ‘Pinc’, it’s a nod to the gins wonderful welsh heritage. The cygnet is always reinventing itself and evolving… Swans are survivors, they fear nothing. You may also be wondering where a photo of this fabulous serve is? It was extremely windy up on those mountains.. had to abandon the glass but believe me it was delicious!
Cygnet Pinc is in a beautiful eye catching bottle. It arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Price is usually £34.99 for a 70cl bottle but is currently available on the distillery website for £24.99!!! A wonderful offer for this gin!
