Nestled under the Great Western Mainline railway in the heart of Somerset, we utilise flavours from the rolling landscapes between London and Penzance to create natural, elegantly different spirits. Hand picked botanicals, farm grown or locally sourced produce means we can control the exquisite flavours. Our Western Star Gin, a London dry gin, is naturally sweet and full of a red berry tea aroma. Named after one of the original steam trains to run on the line 180 years ago. Triple batch distilled and double filtered to give the smoothest of tastes.
