Husband & wife team making a disparate group of products in their home kitchen including Simon’s Marmalade Gin Liqueur. Simon infuses a London Dry Gin with his award winning rich, dark & tangy marmalade for about 4 weeks before it goes through 3 stage filtration process and bottling. The resultant liqueur carries the character of the marmalade beautifully and can be drunk on its own, with ice, mixed with ginger ale, Prosecco or tonic water, or as a base for a cocktail. It is also great in sauces or drizzled over ice cream. In fact its possibilities are only limited by your own imagination!
