VOLUME 7 GIN

VOLUME 7 GIN is a love letter to the eighties in the shape of an artisan gin, distilled at a family-run distillery. With its elemantary botanical selection, in which 7 are prominent, it reflects the spirit of a decade when less choices had to be made.

The gin is based upon a 100% barley base alcohol and is distilled the old-school way in copper stills. The 7 prominent botanicals are : juniper berries, angelica root, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, Jamaica pepper and coriander seed.
